Ore dressing solution

Through the mineral processing test analysis of the fluorite ore sample, we finally designed the process flow of coarse crushing-fine crushing-one-stage grinding-rough selection-coarse and fine re-grinding-selection-fine sweeping selection for the mineral processing plant.

Main equipment of mineral processing plant

According to the mineral processing process plan, Xinhai designed a suitable set of mineral processing equipment for it, the main equipment includes crusher, ball mill, flotation machine, high-efficiency mixing tank, concentrator, etc.

Tailings treatment

In order to guide the selection of tailings dewatering equipment and the design of tailings pond, Xinhai Mining Equipment conducted a tailings sedimentation test. All production water was treated in the return water tank and returned to the process flow for reuse.
